Poorboy Coffee started with $500, a 5-gallon bucket, and a plan to figure it out as we went.

No espresso machine. No expensive gear. Just cold brew, long days, and a lot of hustle. What began as selling simple drinks turned into something bigger once we started sharing the journey online - the wins, the mistakes, and everything in between. Along the way, an incredible community of aspiring entrepreneurs showed up and grew with us.

Today, we focus on roasting high-quality coffee without taking shortcuts. We care about the details, the process, and letting great coffee speak for itself. No fluff, no gatekeeping, just specialty coffee done right.

Most of the coffees we roast lean bright and fruit-forward, chosen and roasted to highlight what makes each one special. Because at the end of the day, good coffee doesn’t need to be complicated, it just needs to be honest.
